Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager for the CEO Office who will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and senior management team in achieving strategic business objectives. This position involves overseeing high-priority projects, coordinating critical initiatives, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, strategic, and capable of managing complex tasks with a focus on efficiency and successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support: Plan, coordinate, and manage activities on behalf of the CEO, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Adviser to Leadership: Act as an advisor to the CEO and senior management team on critical business matters.
- Decision Support: Organize and prioritize issues and required information to facilitate efficient decision-making for the CEO.
- Initiative Management: Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee high-priority projects.
- Executive Collaboration: Participate in regular meetings with the Executive Management Team, discussing business issues, analyzing solutions, and offering insights.
- Progress Reporting: Attend executive meetings, provide updates, and ensure the CEO and senior management are informed on progress.
- Issue Resolution: Address inquiries directed to the CEO, delegate tasks, and ensure proper action is taken.
- Staff Support: Ensure staff issues are addressed promptly, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
- Project Management: Manage and oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring they align with the organization’s business plan and timelines.
- Process Improvement: Coordinate and improve business-wide processes, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and success.
- Team Relations: Build and maintain relationships across departments to strengthen teamwork and foster long-term organizational success.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations and ensure business tasks and projects are executed within budget and deadlines.
Key Skills & Competencies Required:
- Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably with exposure to executive-level responsibilities and P&L management.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think analytically, plan strategically, and execute ideas and results efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Time Management: Exceptional time management, organizational, and follow-up skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Business Acumen: Proven experience in driving growth and managing projects within a fast-paced, start-up or entrepreneurial environment.
